You have to pay upfront except you are from Germany or Austria. We can pay using bank transfer around one week before the release date.

Actually everyone from Europe with a standard bank account should be able to use this option with iban and bic.
but I heard that you have to pay a fee if you transfer money from an UK bank to one abroad?

The site does not state that this is an exclusive game4game.at release and they do not say anything about how limited it is but I will leave them a message to ask.

I'll have to run through the process again to get to where I got stuck. If the page were in English, I'd perhaps be able to spot what I needed to do next right away, but as it's entirely in German that's why I'm having difficulties
