Is the US getting the steelbook also, that's the only thing keeping me from pre ordering right now. I don't know if I should get the US edition or the UK edition.

Besides the steelbook, the UK/EU/AUS get a better statue. I wouldn't worry too much about the game being PAL, most likely it'll be region free (360).

Awesome, what is the best place to pre order it from that ships to the States? the only problem I will have then is that I will have a PAL game instead of an NTSC game. Maybe I could trade with someone after I get it.
