I can't find it either. It's available on Amazon.com though. Just no UK retailers as far as I can see

Publication date is given as 30 Oct 2012 but no price on Amazon UK

thebookdepository has it listed for about 26 USD with same release date.

I usually stick to Amazon but thebookdepository is good as well. Free worldwide shipping is always nice plus you can preorder.

I had it on order from Amazon US at the same sort of price but PLUS shipping!! I just couldn't work out why Amazon UK weren't putting it up for pre-order...

Just glad I could help.

I'm only familiar with thebookdepository because I collect collector's editions of strategy guides as well as steels and they tend to have a good selection.

They also tend to have great prices and free shipping so they're def worth a look.

I've never actually ordered from them so perhaps someone who has can comment on the packaging they mail books in?

I'm not as anal about condition with guides as I am with steels but it's still nice to know it'll arrive safely.
