It says you will get the art print as a bonus when you preorder the book. Problem is, that the book seems to be already released, as you stated correctly. So, no art print no more

Maybe you can write them an e-mail and ask, if the still have some?

pix'n love appears to ship internationally, I checked when this thread first popped up.

I believe it was around 6 euro shipping. Seemed reasonable to me
