There isn't a PAL SteelBook - Or at least not a UK one. I can't speak for other countries.

they just announced the MORTAL KOMBAT KOMPLETE EDITION for release FEB 2012, it will have all D.L.C. all characters, THE original mortal kombat game in HD and a 15 song soundtrack cd along with the 1995 movie mortal kombat.
