I can only confirm they exist. So do GT sport PKs.

Edit: I just want to emphasize that recent games have different kinds of PKs / influencer kits, given to different... I shall call them tiers of people (journalists, youtubers, prize winners etc). Good examples are the VR PK, Horizon PK and Wipeout Omega PKs and flying ship. At this point I can't say which games will have more than one PK / Influencer kit, but yeah - TLL and GT sport both have something.
