Woo! My Ezio's arrived the other day, meaning I now have all 4. Very happy, thanks to everyone who shared. Also I ordered the Ezio print from the Ubi store and a 2013 calendar (it was cheap and looked cool). The calendar turned up yesterday with a limited Connor early concept art print and an apology letter about a hoodie. I never ordered the hoodie so am feeling pretty lucky! Try buying a useless 2013 calendar like I did XD You could email them and ask whether they have any spares and if you placed an order whether they could include it. If you don't ask you don't get after all

I understand these were sent out over a year ago? Perhaps they are getting rid of their last stock.

I asked a while ago and I was told they where being reserved for exceptional cicrumstances

Maybe they've changed their mind? Or maybe someone buying a 2013 calendar in 2014 is pretty exceptional. I literally placed the order a week ago on Friday so they may still have some left. I'd still have a go at contacting them if I were you.
