Have you seen the Gears of War 3 Epic Edition Marcus statue? Probably around that weight and quality. If you consider Triforce's quality statues it does cost around $200.

Not counting Max Payne piece of shit they do quite a good job.

Nah haven't seen it. Only statue I've seen from them is the MP3 one, but I had a look into some of their other stuff though, and it seems they do make some decent statues after all. I still don't see how this is worth $200 though, considering the complete CE sells for $169 or whatever, complete with game and everything else.

I just don't have much faith in CE statues anymore. They always look good in photos, then I get them in hand and they look pretty crap. MP3 was terrible, Uncharted 3 also looked pretty crap. Didn't even look like Drake. The only decent one I can think of recently was AC3 Connor statue, that actually looked really nice, especially for the money. I was pleasantly surprised.

The Last Of Us statue does look quite nice in the pics, so hopefully it's as nice in person. If it ends up looking really good ill be pretty annoyed I missed out lol.

It has not sold out yet. Yo could still purchase it in store. I just got back from my local GameStop and purchased 4 of them. They are only sold out online.

I doubt it'll take long as people will buy them as it's sold out online.

I don't expect much in terms of quality of the statue. I'm sure it's just a cheap plastic piece. That's another reason why I hesitated to order the edition.

I did just order one though, in case it turns out to be somewhat rare.

i don't guess stores are taking preorders anymore as gamestop just told me it's no longer in the system. crazy that is sold out in 3-4 days.
