I will contact them today about if there is a limit number I can order and will also ask about if the 750 is total or per platform..

Who is supposed to be publisher? I found Capcom somewhere, then EU is Namco Bandai and on another site I found something and dont know which one it is

It has its own page now and is much, much more expensive. Bag is limited to 740, which must mean the edition is also limited to 740?
