how are these coming in and out of stock?..i dont understand?..where still months away from release, so it cannot be stock that was returned or cancelled orders?..because digital river makes you acknowledge a disclaimer where orders cannot be cancelled or returned after you commit to it...i think instead of 5,000 they may have maybe printed another smallish run...maybe now theres 5,999 of them?..since there not individually numbered..they could just do "estimates" or round ups etc.

As long as it doesn't say out of stock you should probably assume a couple to come in stock every day. I think they are just trying to drive up demand by having it out of stock most of the time, but that the 5k number is legit.

Do you guys think they'll do a remastering Drakengard 1-2 like they did with FFX/X2 HD?

Drakengard 3 is a prequel so perhaps if this is successful then they'll consider it.

I've never played any of the games but want to try this out.

Well selling 5000 copies I believe isn't consider successful from a financial point of view for a video game company.
That might impact if they make another LE/CE but not if the decide to make [another] game/remake.

If they have used this marketing sgrategy, be sure that they will keep an Ace hidden...

For sure...If Don't, be sure that they would have sell much more than 10,000 and not counting EU... Forgiven one more time by Square....
