Seems to be so, though according to this tweet from Mark Darrah, there might be one announced in future.

I'm kinda surprised that Europe didn't get it, considering AU/NZ did. Normally we get whatever Europe gets.

Yeah well Square Enix also said the X/X-2 HD CE would be "extremely limited" But that thing is STILL available and has NEVER sold out so,....

I rarely trust the words "extremely limited" anymore. Unless they reveal a set amount I've come to think "extremely limited" it's just a ploy to drive sales.

If anything it might be limited just because not that many people order it to begin with.

Even if this was truly extremely absolutely limited, I'd still have to think thrice just to get it. The promo pics don't make it look all that appealing to me. o.O

Yeah, that's something I was actually thinking of saying that I was finding odd is that for all the talk of how limited it is and already selling out in places, unless there's some kind of mistake with their site not updating, Gamestop.co.uk still have it as available for all platforms.
