I have tried to compare the wrapping to some pictures on eBay and also some new Youtube unboxings I found after my original post. The wrapping of my copy looks very similar to the ones I was able find. And I have to say if this indeed is a resealed copy, it must be the best looking one I have ever seen. Here is a couple pictures from my copy.

I also managed to find another seller on eBay who is selling Brand New ones with the same kind of sticker than my copy. I bought my copy from an UK seller though.

Previously I was quite sure this was a resealed copy, but now I am beginning to believe it is not.
