I'm also not a hardcore insane collector of everything Matrix, just whatever fancies me.
I'm sure I've just forgotten, but you probably have the 'The Wizard of Oz (70th Anniversary Ultimate Collector's Edition) [Blu-ray] (1939)'
Did you also get the premium priced Casablanca (Two-Disc Ultimate Collector's Edition) [Blu-ray] (2008)

I really need to invest in a region free Blu-ray player, would love that Casablanca box set but can only find basic version in region 2 PAL here in UK. I see there was also a recent release of a nice edition of the old Titanic movie: A Night to Remember, compared to the basic Region 2 affair.

@Matrix: the question I have to have answered is: Where can I buy this Matrix model ship? I must know this. Seriously...where was it originally sold, how many were made (thousands? hundreds?) was it a WB store exclusive w/ the Ultimate Matrix? Was it exclusive to a certain country (Australia?) Details details!

@VGM-UK: Yea it seems each region gets it share of exclusives the other wants. It's all 1 big conspiracy if you ask me VGM. The Casablanca box sets (both 2008 and now) are really nice. Best of luck!

Ha - got a massive buzz to see the Nebuchadnezzar was made by Hot Toys - they are absolute gods - it's what i primarily collect...
