I have tried ask about if it not possible to pay custom on something you buy and such.. Never got a real respons on it :s

how is that possible?
HMRC illegidly scan xray all incoming packages for weapons and other contraband
so if you have paid or not an illegal item is. still thus but they do inform you and allow you to appeal and put forward a case

well allegedly I'm unsure of they have a smart scanner at every port and airport that scans and identifies everything or if they just scan suspicious packages, but then every country is different
