i don't understand why it bombed in japan..it supposedly has very high production values and a lot of buzz around it.

HMV, Zavvi and the Hut are all part of the same group of companies. They always say they have everything in stock when they don't.

amazon germany have it still, the book might be in german though?

Thanks for that. I rather not take the risk in getting a German localized edition. I did managed to get a preorder in at shopto but I placed the order on the 3/12/12. Maybe I am just being paranoid but I reckon it was a bit too late. I won't blame them for not honoring my preorder. When was the deadline btw?
