Did you read all my post, lol. He did agree to ship to me in Australia,
it was just unfortunate he changed his mind at the last minute.
Even if a seller already has said no in their Q & A,i still ask for the
simple reason that they may say no to one person but they may
say yes to me. They may have said no the other person for some
reason that may not apply to me
I can guarantee that on average of 8 out of 10 times i ask if they
will ship interntionally they will do so,even if they state they wont
or have already said no to someone else. The amount of most
excellent stuff i have got simply by asking politely is incredible, being
polite, sincere etc always will work wonders. Sometimes it may take
a few messges but,it can be worth the effort

I don't usually see CEs go for double when international shipping is offered, but if you say so. Either way, like I said, last couple I've seen have gone for around $400, not "$750-$1000", so it's a big stretch to put that price on them. I think HippeDude just grabbed one for $400 within the last couple months even.

Generally I don't see them for $2500, but the last slightly shady seller that was coming up in the rare finds thread had an auction or two end at that IIRC. People were suspicious about him posting it up multiple times, but it was also figured that his auction winners weren't paying, thus he was just relisting the same item. Regardless, even if $2500 is a great price, I really don't think or see them actually SELLING for $5000-$7000.

I call something's actual "value" at what it's actually selling for; that makes a lot more sense in my opinion.

Wonder how much you would value the UC1 kits Ingmar1988 is selling for?

The sale was not just for the Survivor edition but also several extras. Sale price of $700+ could have been a strong possibility.

Even if you exclude $500 -600 for the unsealed folio and $600 - 700 for the cases, the FHE went for $4000+

Perhaps, but $700 for the SE and extras may have been possible; not $700 for the SE alone. I mean, it went for $355 with the extras. Shipping woes or not, that should tell you generally what it's worth. There are a lot of Fallout fans in the US who would love to have that... and one of them does now. I'm not arguing or anything, I'm just saying that a $700-$1000 price estimate is too high. Period.

True, it does go for a higher price sometimes, but you're also talking about a package deal. Those kinda go either way; people either expect a discount, or they jump on it for a slightly higher price because they're killing two birds with one stone (or three, or four). Even then, estimating the FHE at $4500-$7000 is... again... too high from what I've seen. There's one selling at the very bottom of that estimate (a little under the bottom, even), plus I've seen them go for cheaper. $3000-$4500 is a pretty good estimate, while $4500-7000 is high.

The Scarborough Fair Gun in a fancy box is the valuable bit,in a plain white box not so valuable.
For just the climax edition game,between $40-$50 used,about $80-$100new/sealed.
If the gun was included,it had fancy box i would expect $150+ for a good one,if alls new/sealed,maybe $200+
