Hoping that they at least explain or replace faulty CE's (The boxes, non cloth maps, weird certificates) etc

Well when i bought the Two Worlds 2 CE, i received a very very damaged and dodgy CE box (Full of pen markings and all) and they replaced the box, figure, and also sent me some extra content (Original OST, Letter openning knife (shapped like a sword), and some more swag.

So if a small company did this to a costumer, i expect a big company to help out the costumer who received the CE like this.

Unfortunately, the small companies tend to be better and nicer at dealing with problems such as these xx

Yeah, I mean a customer means more to them as they have less whereas Gearbox don't care about a few hundred customers.

Won't drop much though, it's redeeming feature is it's a good game with a lot of content.

in reference to an earlier post mentioning the quality of the GT5 SIGNATURE EDITION..the outer metal caseing is actually painted in genuine mercedes benz paint

..they definitely were not cutting any corners with that edition,..i'm glad i got one shipped last year from amazon.de for about 50% off!

I don't like how the US gets a proper box for the extra stuff and we just get a slip-cover type thing that they don't fit into properly, and that the certificates don't say how many they are out of. Why are there minor differences between versions?

because demand meant the initial plan of 53k would be way short of demand and so therefore limit the profit to be made...so some bright spark decided the US should get the whole allocation of 53K 'real' CEs and PAL regions would get bent over and shafted until stores had to sell stock at £50 a pop
