I'm really glad for you, no one deserves the sort of treatment Zavvi gave the rest of us for this kind of money. I have just contacted Zavvi about my edition and I am awaiting a response.

So yeah, got mine today as well. Czech Republic here. Came in a plastic bag. It looks pretty much like the ones in the pictures a few pages back, maybe a little bit more beat up overall and a tad bit... flatter I suppose. I wrote them a mail, but yeah this is going back one way or another.

The only thing I'm worried about is that if I request a replacement, they'll send it in trash bag again. Should I go with a refund instead? Ugh... what an experience

If they offer a replacement, you should ask beforehand if they would please put it in a sturdy box this time with enough protection. If they're accommodating enough (which they should be after this mess) you should probably be fine.

Request a replacement and state clearly to them that they *MUST* send it out in a box with adequate amounts of packaging, to prevent this happening again - after all, it'll save them money in the long run xx
