My fallout litho had a crease/indent on the artwork itself which detracts from it There are no replacement lithos for Fallout or Skyrim to my knowledge so a refund or maybe some type of partial refund are the only options

Is the mark on your Fallout one towards the top right hand corner, a few inches in? |

Re: Online Bethesada store opens!
I don' think a full refund is possible unless it's torn.
That being said one could always use their e-mail against them, if it came to that. Writing that something should be in mint condition is quite stupid, although it is admirable. Anyways, it would seem they put all four lithos in one tube for my order, so I'm really looking forward to that.

Suks about your lithos being stuffed together While not ideal a 4" tube would allow for them to be reasonably well packed if it was done correctly which I doubt it was

While it was a 4 inch tube, both Litho's were rolled to about an inch, wrapped in clear plastic then put in the tube which makes loads of sense |

What's the point of mailing it in a tube if you're not going to use the tube?

I'm talking about the replacement e-mail, which says: The order to have them reprinted is in, and they will be rushed to our warehouse when they're done so they can start shipping out to you in mint condition right away. We're being told to expect shipping to start the week of April 1st, but we'll do everything we can to make sure you get as perfect a litho as possible as soon as possible. So why should one accept only a partial refund when they apparently ship out in mint condition? And the litho being wavy or creased doesn't fall under "as perfect as possble". It's also frustraing that they make a statement like the above, when they also say: ...standard caveats apply here where perfection is impossible to deliver and damage is a sliding scale of severity, but we do honestly want to work things out when things go wrong I think I sound like a broken record

Re: Online Bethesada store opens!
From what I can tell Rasmsuvn, you've had a lot of dealings with Treehouse lithos in the past so your input is certainly welcomed and I'm sure your complaints are warranted
I agree that they're contradicting themselves if they state shipped mint condition then say may be damaged I may complain and try to get a partial refund or something I just don't want the damage on my litho to fall to the wayside as it DOES bother me

I think I've had a minimum of 10 replacements, and I didn't even catch the ME2-lithos. Looking over the tickets I found this gem June 26, 2012 11:22 am ...and out of 225 Crucible lithos, only 2 were reported damaged (including yours). So getting a replacement in perfect condition is more likely. One day later... June 27, 2012 02:22 pm Yes....I think someone opened the flood gates.... (of damaged prints)
