All this with ubi is very confusing. They's no record in your onsite ubi account history regarding the order nor is they an e-mail saying the order is pending confirmation. Infact nothing apart from the the last part of the transaction with the onscreen message stating order awaiting confirmation or words to that affect. Once you come out of that screen then your totally blind until you get an e-mail form ubi so whether the order is successful or not is a total unknown. Obviously I don't want to place the same order twice.

As it is they have to give you the confirmation sooner rather than later because of "The Watch".

Regarding charging quite a few companies will take the full amount from your account, well it's the bank actually, and then the company, ubi in this case decide whether they want to take the funds from the account at this time or not. If they don't take the funds then the funds become available in the account again as the transaction window has elapsed. Then closer to the despatch time then ubi re engage the transaction and procure the appropriated said funds.

Yes I know I'm confused too. But anyway it's a bit of an irrelevance really because ubi are operating on the principle that if the full funds are available April then it stands to reason they are available come November. A bit of a logic flaw there.

I already did that but it only shows completed orders. Certainly nothing there to represent Black Flag. Infact the last transaction showing was from 2012.

They're a funny bunch this Ubi mob!! Last year when I pre-ordered AC3 the order never appeared on my account but they took the money straight away. I emailed them and they insisted the order was valid, to this day there has never been a record of the order on my account but it did arrive
