I'm keeping mine sealed. I've played Dark Souls to death so there's not much point opening it.

Only bought it for the steelbook.

Got mine in today all the way to Canada.

Took some pics of the packaging and stuff for any international members who are curious. Everything is undamaged.

Keeping it sealed for now though.

So disappointing. I received mine today. I ordered two in fear of the steelbook getting damaged.

Then i saw the custom form on the box, the price stated was for only 1 unit. But my credit card was charged for 2 units. Even my Zavvi account order history says 2 units! Worse, the one i received the game slipcase was torn!!

So unlucky - seeing Storm's received his in good condition. I do hope i will get the 2nd unit I was charged for... or at least get a refund. (already contacted them)

What's your experience buying from Zavvi? (this is my first time buying from them you see)

Zavvi will replace or refund you if the item goes missing, but you have to wait something like 20 days before they will do anything.

3-5 days I think, although I know Zavvi can sometimes be a bit hit or miss with their delivery.
