In fairness we pay more for games anyway. Plus the US have tax which isn't included in the price AFAIK

That may be true, it's like that in Australia also, but you don't have to accept it. I try to find the best deals I can.

Ascension is $144 at EB, $80 at Amazon (plus a $10 credit), you do the math.

I don't know why the price difference is so great with this game, usually they're pretty close between regions.

The US Steelbook doesnt have th ps3 Logo on the Steelbook like the uk one.
I like the US Steelbook better

I always liked the Uncharted and Resistance ones. LBP too. Its hit and miss.
