Got 2 replacements today, they came in the same crappy box with no protection. One has creases, bashed corners and a rip in the seal. The other is in better shape but not mint, small crease and slightly bashed corners...........Zavvi are fucking morons.

For fucks sake. If they send me a replacement copy in another plastic bag I'm gonna go nuts. Do they send people a confirmation email when they receive / process your returned copy? Or at least when they send out a replacement?

shipped on 30th January by MHI.. (don't know what's is it..)

i sent an email to MHI sonce One Week and no answered....

i sent query to zavvi and no answered....

I didn't send my copy back (came with dent) im considering opening it and keeping just the content, i don't think id get a better one anyway

MHI = Mail Handling International. That is the exact same company they use to ship items to Singapore. It's probably a cheap courier company.

Very poor record from them for everyone in Singapore. For me, 4 CE shipped last year through MHI (3 orders + 1 replacement) and 0 arrives.

Usually I only contact zavvi after 30 days through their website. Login to your account and under the order there is a query button. They take 1 -2 days to reply. If after 2 days no reply spam more.

They will send you a declaration form either by mail (this takes around 1 week to reach) or by email. You can select store credit, replacement or refund on the form. Then sign and email to them.

If at any stage they screw up, spam them more until they get it right.

Some examples of screw up from them:
Customer service said form will be emailed and no email received
Email received but no form attachment
Email signed form to them and no response (they said they didn't receive and will send a new form)
Claimed that refund processed but I didn't receive refund
Confirmed again that refund is given but I didn't receive

For all the above, just keep spamming them until they get it right

The 2 replacements were for a friend in the US, he's pissed off understandably. I'm gonna send the worst one back for a refund, I'm a little worried though as the credit card I used to buy them is being cancelled at the end of March....I hope they sort out a refund before then.

I still have yet to receive mine as well . Figured since other US based people started getting theirs, I would have some luck. Oh well.
