Nah man that email is a dud. No refund was made yet. You need to tell them that you paid by paypal before they will refund it to your paypal. I've been in the same situation many times.

Finally got my ps3 limited version (sent 30.1). The cardboard box was in bad shape, but the actual game box is in kinda good condition. One corner has a few cm long rupture, but that's about it.

Mine did not arrive either and it was also sent on 30.01. Hopefully it will arrive next week, otherwise I will ask for a replacement.
I will keep although if it arrives in a bad shape as I glad they send items to my country in the first place.
There were many CEs I couldnt get my hands on as they were sold by retailers that did not ship to Romania.
Also prices on ebay are too way up for the likes of me.

Received my copy today. It came in better condition than I was expecting, though Zavvi failed to include the copy of MGS4 even though I was one of the original 4000.


















Just some creases to the LE box and some damage to the top and bottom right corners. Not too bad.



Artbook destroyed the inside, just as expected.



Game and steelbook are in perfect condition, though, which is the most I really cared about.
