I just know that.

The ps4 version will come a little bit later than ps3 version (might be because of ps4 launch is later).

The ps4 version will get a different collectors edition.

So we can nice double dip.

Problem is by the time you may get a reply only to find out its US only then you may have missed out. Its a damned if you dont do anything or a damned if you do something & then its released everywhere type situation. I know alot of countries are a little behind at times but,surely if the poster was available everywhere then it would have been available by now or at least some indication somewhere.

UPDATE: It appears EB Games CA is offering the posters as a pre-order bonus as well. Is this an indication of all EB Game named stores worldwide to recieve them???

Unless I'm doing something wrong on the USPS website it looks like it's going to cost over $45 to ship a poster anywhere overseas.
