Speaking of Kickstarters, you still have a chance to get the limited edition of Zelda: Archive of a Legendary Saga, but unfortunately you have to buy two other books for a total of 90€ to get the CE instead of the standard edition.

So if anyone wants to buy my copies of the Final Fantasy and/or Dark Souls books let me know!

I bought the original French version of this book several years ago, but I don't read or speak French, so an English translation is very welcome.

And so if anyone wants to buy my French version of the Zelda book let me know that as well!

So very true. There's literally been HUNDREDS of items released in the past couple of months and a few more on the way -- we've got a TON of random merchandise (lamps, mugs, keychains, notebooks, etc.), lots of new WoN figures, amiibo, new cel arts and t-shirts, a bunch of new figmas and nendoroids, F4F statues, other figures/statues, etc. etc. With BoTW, there's bound to be more too.

Please feel free to keep updating as you guys can. I really appreciate the help certain members have provided here *cough* Iwatasan *cough*

How to Play
  1. It's dangerous to go alone. Assemble a team! Players will be seated in teams of 6 during the game. SCRAP staff will help groups of 5 or fewer form teams with other players at the door.
  2. Purchase a ticket for one of the cities on the game tour. Be careful to choose the same day and time as your teammates, or have one person buy all the tickets at once. NOTE: The game's contents will be the same across all cities, meaning it can only be played once!
  3. Arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before your game time. Give yourself enough time for parking and check-in at registration.
  4. Enjoy the introduction from our talented MC, who will explain the game's story and your goal to escape.
  5. During the game, your team will have their own table. This is your base of operations, but you will need to get up and explore the game space in order to find all the clues. Write everything down!
  6. Using the clues, solve all the puzzles in order to escape. Puzzles will take many forms, and some will be tricky. Don't let evil win!
  7. Hey, listen! to the solution walkthrough at the end - just in case you aren't able to escape.
  8. After the game, enjoy a Zelda-themed area with video trailers and special merchandise for sale!
  9. Keep the fun for everyone! Never share game answers or spoilers on the internet so that players in other cities get to enjoy the game the same way that you did.

FAQ
Q: When are you coming to Seattle/Houston/Chicago/New York?
A: We'll be in these cities during Spring 2017. We plan to release exact tour dates and tickets for the remaining cities on January 3rd, 2017.

Q: How do I get updates about ticket releases and future news?
A: For the fastest updates, watch our Twitter account and Facebook page. You can also subscribe to our newsletter for game updates and notices about ticket releases via email. Go to the Contact Page to sign up!

Q: Is this a video game?
A: No, this event is a LIVE puzzle escape game based on the Legend of Zelda series of video games. For more about Real Escape Games, click here.

Q: Is this an escape room?
A: No, this is NOT a traditional escape room (i.e. locked inside a room). It is a fully hosted, story-based escape event designed for puzzle fans and fans of the Zelda franchise. There will be multiple teams in the event space all participating at the same time, and each team will have their own table to work at when not exploring.

Q: I haven't played all of the Zelda games. Can I still play the Real Escape Game?
A: Yes! No specific game knowledge is required in order to play.

Q: Do I need any special knowledge, skills or abilities to play?
A: No. The puzzles require no special skills or knowledge to solve. However, please be aware that all aspects of the game will be conducted in English.

Q: Do I need a full team? What if I want to come alone?
A: You are welcome to arrive with fewer than 6 people. SCRAP staff will help you form a full team with other players before the game begins.

Q: Is there a minimum age requirement?
A: There is no formal age restriction, though many venues require participants aged 13 and under to be accompanied by an adult. Watch your city's ticket page for any venue age restrictions. Also, because our puzzles can be challenging, we recommend players to be 13 and up - but we very much welcome younger players who love solving puzzles and are up for the challenge!

Q: Do I get something if I win?
A: The prize for finishing is the priceless moment when you finally find the solution and everything falls into place - oh, and bragging rights. Major, major bragging rights. Failure to reach the end, however, is nothing to be embarrassed about. Time is short and the challenge is real.

Q: What happens if we don't finish?
A: Do not worry if you are unable to reach the final step of the game. There will be a full solution walkthrough after time runs out so that everybody knows the final answers.

Q: Is the event wheelchair accessible?
A: While movement is required during the game, it is designed so that everyone can enjoy, including our friends in wheelchairs. However, there is a chance that a specific venue may have accessibility restrictions, so please check your city page for details. If you anticipate needing extra assistance, please contact us so that we may discuss your needs.

Q: Is cosplay allowed?
A: Yes! However, please do not bring any dangerous weapons or costume pieces that could cause injury. We recommend dressing as comfortably as possible. Make sure it is easy for you to search and move around the space.

Q: Is photography allowed?
A: You will be allowed to use your camera during the game to capture clues, BUT please do not upload any spoilers to the internet or social media or tell other people the answers. There will also be photo opportunities after the event in the post-game lounge.

Q: Can I buy Defenders of the Triforce merchandise online?
A: At this time, merchandise will only be sold in-person at the event.

Q: Can I buy tickets as a gift for someone else?
A: Yes, you can! We recommend putting their name on the ticket, but fill out the rest of the contact info with your own data (so that they don’t see the confirmation email and spoil the surprise). Print out the tickets and wrap them up nicely as a great holiday/birthday/anytime gift!

Q: Is food and drink allowed?
A: Each city's venue rules may vary, but as a general rule please do not bring any outside food or drink to the event.

Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: Only service animals are allowed to the event.

In case anyone missed it, F4F revealed in their documentary the Exclusive version (and Regular version) of the "life-size Majora's Mask" (the 1st in a line of Zelda props). The spikes are magnetic and removable in both versions, the exclusive version has eyes that light up from a switch on the wooden-stump. Both version contain an awesome tree-like stand.

This will go live for pre-order tomorrow at EST 11am (or thereabouts). The live-stream event will begin at 10 EST. Exclusive price I believe is ~$385.

Here's a picture from the club:

Also, since I hadn't seen it mentioned too many other places, the Arts & Artifacts Limited Edition for the US (not the Japanese version) has been revealed and is pre-orderable at least on Amazon right now.

The price is a bit steep at $79.99 (msrp). It appears to have a slipcover that "unsheathes" the Master Sword when removed. No mention of additional content beyond the cover though. Run size is "limited" to 10,000 copies (pretty big run for a limited book though, even by Zelda standards).

Amazon.com - Limited Edition

Amazon.com - Regular Hardcover Edition
