Dude, When are you going to give my refund? or would it take another month? Have some courtesy at least to reply. Whats happened to you? your service wasn't so pathetic. You kept me waiting for 3 weeks after I paid and then tell me item isn't available. And then told me you would refund and never refunded. Its not that you are doing a forwarding service, we are making an outright purchase and I made immediate payment.

I am tired of sending you PMs to which you never respond. Your disrespect and arrogance has got me to post this here. Please issue me a refund within 2 days else I will file a dispute with PayPal!

PS: Members, while making payment to this guy, do mark it as for an item and don't mark it as gift else will get screwed! He wont give a shit about you after getting money. I regret I ever vouched for this guy

Update: Lodged a complaint against this guy with PayPal. Luckily I did not make payment as gift and instead as an item.

Got to say sitting on the sidelines this sucks. I just don't know why this guy never answers people, being busy is just a sorry excuse.

Well, the worst thing here is he didn't even say he was busy, he is simply ignoring me. He is a fraud who needs to be kicked out of here before he scams more people.

I have already written to twistedsymphonny with the hope that nobody else gets conned like I got from this cheat.

Hi,

As you'll see from trolling my login, apart from yesterday (when I logged in), my previous login was almost 2 weeks ago - hence seeing your messages in this thread for the first time yesterday.

Last week via email, I told you that I had mistakenly sent a steelbook you wanted to another individual and apologises as this was entirely my mistake. This cost is obviously absorbed by me therefore I am already out of pocket.

You requested a full refund which I agreed to, therefore I'm waiting for the money to transfer from my bank account to PayPal (this takes 8-10 days as recommended by PayPal).

I've had over 20 positive dealings with people on this forum, therefore it's unfortunate this has happened.

And how long ago did I pay you? How many times I messaged you and you didn't reply? Who's responsibility is it to check your messages? If you take money, you must be responsible to the buyer and make sure the correct item is delivered. Its your responsibility to check the messages and respond. Pissing people off is not a good idea. At least be courteous, but I guess its not your virtue.

Wouldn't it have helped to have let me known this? Dont divert from the fact that you clearly ignored me. And I made the payment using credit card, so you don't even need to get the money transferred into PayPal. You simply press refund tab on the transaction and it will automatically go through. It would have also given me automatic notification.

Putting a stand based of frivolous reasons and lies wont help the cause.

I have also seen from you thread that you have sent damaged items, late items and at times never sent them (as also in this case). Perhaps you are too busy to not even see that. Sorry, you're wrong. I can't issue a refund when my PayPal is on a negative balance as you raised a dispute with PayPal. Once the money clears my account, I'll be able to issue your refund.

I see you have made it your personal vendetta to try and sabotage my reputation wherever possible, however I have never taken money from an individual and not sent an item. Moreover, I always package items well and there has only ever been 1 instance where an item was received damaged (during transit which took 2 weeks to deliver).

As I said before, I've had over 20 dealings with other pleasant individuals so I can assure you the feeling's mutual that I won't be doing business with you moving forward.

Well, remeber when you told me that you would be issuing me a remeber, was about 10 days ago now innit? I lodged a paypal dispute after 7 days, from the day you told me but never did.
