and for close up pics best to use a magifying glass pressed up against the camera lense
it does etter then any macro function eer could and ads a slight fish eye effect

i personall use a side light or indicator from my jaguer as they are realy good at geting the macro shots

Nice nice art book!!! Where did you pick that up from Daniel? It's a good size too

Also your loot steel looks in good condition - lots have silvered corners - doesn't look too bad

And since I don't see you as a guy who wears a necklace....

When you're reconsidering your photography approach also try to keep yourself out of the image... Unless you're actually going to do a reveal

Joking apart - great collection growing every day!!

Thanks Mags,

It's the dead space clamshell off of the EA / Treehouse store

Link here: http://gear.ea.com/titles/dead-space...l-edition.html

Shipping out of the US is expensive apparently though

Yeah the loot steel is very good condition. Little silver speck somewhere but very tiny

You're right that I'm not one to wear necklaces but I think you could pull the look off

And yes the pics are bad

Been meaning to get something to fix it so I can take better pics but someone asked for some pics of the clamshell so I did what I could

Hard to take pics of the front cover without some glare

I'm sure mortal will take some beautiful pics of his anyways

I do like to think that my collection is improving quite a bit

Although a lot of this stuff takes money away from my steel addiction

Yes it is very hefty

For comparison the AC III LE art book is around 2.5 lbs

The DS clamshell is actually too heavy for my scale

so must weigh more than 5 lbs lol

It was well packed

They weren't individually bubble wrapped though just thrown in a box with little cardboard protectors to protect the corners

Still arrived in perfect condition so no complaints

Wow at 5lbs I'm not surprised shippings is high!

Only kidding about pics - nice to see these things

And if the necklace ever needs a good trade home...

Really think I ought to narrow my collecting horizons but..... Where to start???

Keep the updates coming should be some more new stuff incoming soon...

Recent pickups including my prize from coma

More pics of my prize

Oh and I guess I should post some better pics of this as well but you already saw the best stuff.....

jk I am very happy to have the promo uncharted paper clip/pen holder

Looks a lot nicer than I thought it would. Also came with what appears to be the original box and plastic that it was originally wrapped in
