Me neither to be honest Lex Not as far as the Philippines for sure but shipping to the UK is a massive 120$ for me so any kind of issue after that is going to unthinkable...

Poor mag.. I was shocked too after I checked the price for you. And sending to France is cheaper lol..

Im not allowed to purchase extra insurance for Normal Priority if i wanna send to UK.. that's what the guy told me, each country is different. So in the end Priority Express is the way to go, if wanna add insurance. I can't imagine the UK tax.. thank God US is not that strict on import duty! What happened to Europe??

amazon is never careful with their stuff. i have a friend who worked there and he told me horror stories about how people throw shit around everywhere.

I followed up with amazon today to let them know the third was in good condition. As of now, because of me receiving two defective/damaged statues, they have pulled it from amazon and is currently under review.

Thanks Romeo for bringing up the packaging concerns and for providing pictures.

The pictures forced me to finally open the Edward statues I received 2 weeks ago and thankfully both statues arrived intact with no damage.

The packages came directly from MacFarlane and had minor to no dents on the outer packaging.

Wow, what trauma there has been in simply getting an undamaged package. Amazon is cool because of the low price bargains but I have had lots of issues with stuff showing up damaged from them. Anyone here catch the 60 minutes special on Amazon from a month or so back when they were using drones to deliver stuff (er, I mean get massive free publicity the night before Black Friday)? Perhaps they were using Romeo's first two statues as test packages for the drone delivery after using the same to test delivery of industrial Crisco vats to food service consumers. Drones with "butter fingers" are probably responsible for the dropped damaged goods.

Seriously though I was irked by seeing that $248 price tag merely weeks after buying @ $295 from Spawn online first day, but I think avoiding the extra hassle of two Amazon returns and dealing with them on the phone + effort to return ship them was probably worth the extra $50ish bucks as mine arrived quickly w/no damage from McFarlane.

So anyone find a good case to display this behemoth in? Anyone confirm footprint and vertical clearance dimensions? I took quick measurements when I took mine out to inspect but forgot what they were. Curious what minimum size cube this would fit into.

Not there..
It is display case for 1/6 scale and 1/4 scale.. Im not sure if the platform of the Edward is to big for this.. As I dont got it myself to messure or anything

Just found these case yesterday and fought they look pretty nice

I guess you can make this yourself too if you want to, for cheaper price :p
And with a spinnig platform!
