I actually like they way they packaged the coarse edition way better. Can't wait for mine!!
I hope every one will be happy with their choices unless you got both. I will later.

Well judging by that video I would say the regular edition is also a plastic statue, I thought it would be polystone. Sad.

It seams they are both plastic, both hand painted... one is just made with better care most likely (and the design of the Coarse one will be easy to be nicer as it does not have the same kind of detail).

Dream is spot-on there. I'm also more of a fan of the Coarse figure (he seems more sinister, while the other looks like he's running away).

The Int'l version is probably bought up mostly by scalpers, due to the content/price value. They'll be around for a while and scalp prices will tank. From various game sites (MK fansites, steam, etc...) The consensus is that the big CE's are way overpriced... Even the Kombat Pack price makes many sour. So... That kills a lot of the "demand" market, down to the most "hardcore" fans and CE collectors. I haven't seen numbers, but Based on other games/CE's, I don't see MKX following the same trend as MGS or Zelda, etc...

Maybe he does, but he also looks like he is from a cartoon.

As far as I know the edition you are calling the "International Edition" is different for each region as far as availability. Over in the EU the Coarse one is the imported one and here in the US the regular one is the imported one... so there is no single "International Edition".

Another thing I need to point out is the regular edition just sold out 2 days ago on Amazon UK, it was available for purchase still when I posted the link on this thread and was only like $120 shipped to the US... not an amazing value since it is a plastic statue but not terrible either (the Witcher 3 CEs are going to be a great value just based on the Polystone statue alone).

There may be another up as I might cancel mine since neither statue looks worth it IMO.

I was all set on getting both CE's, but after seeing those unboxings and how rather crappy they both are, I'm going to cancel my order.

The shitty metalpak didn't help.

Same here, well not the metalpak but for the statue. I thought it was going to be a nice polystone statue from the pics. But I think the regular one is plastic and I know for a fact the Coarse one is plastic (see 0:13-0:25):

Think I will do the same and get the Mortal Kombat X Steel Case Edition and DLC maybe later if it is worth it.

Not sure why, but when I hit the link this morning, it showed one new post and 2 or so posts following Dream's post I was referring to. I didn't see the unboxings or 2 pages of posts from today, until now. :/

Just curious, but is this GameStop "Exclusive" Limited edition comes as a standard game with just codes and stuff, or will the case actually be slightly different as well by chance?
