As per my last message, funds now transferred into my PayPal from my bank account, refund issued, case closed.

Recommendation to sellers; avoid this guy at all costs.

Thanks for the tip. Looks like I dodged a bullet there!

What are you on about? after a month since I paid you, you issued a refund today morning via echeque:

You didn't have to transfer any funds to paypal, in that case it would have been an instant refund, you are clearly lying there. Instead you are making me to wait till 13th August till I receive the refund.

Dates of the original transaction on 8th July and the refund today on 6th August and its clearing date of 13th August are for everyone to see how pathetic you are as a seller too keep me waiting for more than a month just to return my money back.

And even after all that time you wouldn't have refunded if it hadn't been message to you from Twistedsymphoney.

Your con is exposed here, and any attempts to make me look bad are futile, since the truth is now before everyone.

I couldn't issue a refund until it was escalated to a claim where you then received your refund. Not exactly sure how providing you with a full refund is a con...?

Blocked.

I'd like to say I sold an item to questate and can vouch for him.

Hmm case will be closed once the money is in his Paypal balance not before, since you provided him with an E-Cheque, i'd like to know where Questate went wrong here haha.

I met this guy 'questate' in person for a sale. He's a stand up guy. A thorough gentleman in fact, and as far as I can see his demands in this case are totally reasonable and his frustration fully justifiable.

You had a week before the buyer even opened the case. You could have issued the refund at any time. Not to mention you issued the refund from (like Questate said) an e-check via your credit card, which has no delay like an e-check from your bank account, which you could have done the moment you let him know that the item was no longer available.

Respectfully, stop talking out of your ass. You're making yourself look worse...

He paid via e-cheque, hence receiving a full refund via e-cheque...

Eh, I'm tired of arguing with you (because you're full of you-know-what), and there's really no reason to anyways, but it doesn't matter how someone pays. The money is still coming through/from their PayPal account to your PayPal account, and the same goes for the refund.

And honestly man, there is no one week or more delay on e-checks, whether they be payments or refunds. You had more than enough time to start the process of the refund, even if your hands were tied like you swear they were. You've been at this longer than a lot of sellers here and you know how things work, don't play the fool.
