According to the first article I quoted 2 pages back:

This limited edition console is priced at 49,800 yen (US$418) in Japan and available through the Sony Store starting tonight.

According to Sony, the console is priced at US$499 and will be available for pre-order via Sony.Store.com starting December 6. In Europe, the 20th Anniversary PS4 will go for €499.

Update: According to Sony's Adam Boyes, the anniversary console will go on sale at The PlayStation Experience this weekend in Las Vegas.

I doubt Aus/NZ will be receiving any, I might go for a Japan version if a third market offers it (eg. PlayAsia, YesAsia, etc.)

Sony Computer Entertainment Hong Kong Limited (SCEH) announced today that “PlayStation®4 20th Anniversary Edition” will be available in Hong Kong for a price of HK$3,980. 90 sets of will be available during TOY SOUL Exhibition on December 21st, 2014. Customers can log in to the “PlayStation®4 20th Anniversary Website” from now on and register for a chance to purchase. Results will be announced on 17th December, 2014. Randomly selected registrants will be notified individually and receive a confirmation email to purchase the set at the PlayStation® booth during TOY SOUL exhibition.



Within the 90 sets of “PlayStation®4 20th Anniversary Edition” available in TOY SOUL, 70 sets will be available through online pre-registration, while the other 20 sets will be available for special PlayStation® fans who fulfilled designated conditions including “Having the most PlayStation® Platinum Trophies” (1 person), “Having the most PlayStation® Gold Trophies” (1 person) , “Having the most PlayStation® Trophies” (5 persons), “With the longest game playing time” (5 persons) ,“Hong Kong PlayStation® Store Top Spender” (1 person), “Having the most special editions of PlayStation® home consoles” (1 person), “Having the most special editions of PlayStation® portable consoles” (1 person)and “Having the Rarest PlayStation® Collection”(5 persons).
