Press kit is harder to come by. So it can worth above $100+. Typically the seller will decide on the price.

The unsealed AUS version complete with the scarborough fair gun is worth £70 GBP max. The scarborough is worth most, the game itself is worth £10-£20 GBP.

If signed by both and is a first print, then it worth about £60 GBP or about $90+ USD. Requires COA

If signed by just McGee then it's worth about £30 max or $45 USD.

I was watching one of those on eBay a while back and missed the sale by a few minutes (was a buy it now) but it hadn't sold, so I asked if they were going to relist it so I could buy it... Whaddya know, they relisted, but bumped the price up by around £80, I was like "fuck that, cheeky sod"
