Yea I think it's plastic.. PVC maybe? Not too sure. It has decent weight to it so doesn't feel cheap..

No your right... Jengo did not notice is attaches to the side of the arm.

Aww man.. didn't see the indent on the insides. So it should be attached inside but it's too big for his hand.. looks weird that way.

Yeah it is not obvious at first, but if you know Scorpion and how his chain works it hits you that holding it is wrong (but some people might confuse it for a dagger or sword).

Overall it does look big as you said, but in truth in the game is is HUGE even on the realistic in game skin of him (see Scorpions x-ray combo):




The one on the COARSE figure is filled in so it looks more out of place then then hollowed out one.
