US get's an alternate version but it's similar to Crystal, except you don't have specific pre-order bonuses depending on where you order unlike the UK counterpart

It's the equivalent of the Crystal Edition minus one or two items. The US pre-order items are split - Best Buy give the novel, Gamestop give Omega Weapon (I think) etc.

im still keeping my AUS one and ill get both

can also help people import them if they want from the US

WOW great looking PS3, although I think the colour scheme doesn't suit the xbox console at all.

If it goes for £1000+ which it will likely do, then why not simple as Colorware to make you another one for far less.

Doubt they can. The design would belong to SE so a reproduction probably wouldn't be allowed. SE can get very anal about who/what/how their designs are used.
