Max Payne 3 Special Edition available for pre-order

Saw a copy of PS3 version for £60 in my local GAME yesterday, although it's still listed for £100 on the website.

The local independent shop told me that they have sold . . .wait for it . . .zero copies and they have it for £80.

My head tells me to hang on for a decent price drop on this. If it hits £50 we're in

I was in GameStation yesterday and they were selling the Special Edition of Max Payne 3 for £99.99, he even said it didn't come with the game. LOL!

At first he said there's only one copy which is in the window, with the statue sitting on top of the box. Then afterwards he went to the back and brought out a new box with the £99.99 sticker on it. Confused.

I haven't seen a single extra copy in my area. Seems in Europe you've got them all over the place. Anyone else in the US seen extras around?

This will probably price crash in few months. I have seen loads of these available here in Finland.

remember how this edition was initially announced? EXTREMELY LIMITED,..PRE-ORDERS ONLY,...AND 3-6 WEEK ORDER WINDOW..lol..now they churning them out by the truckloads.

The box without the game scans at £60 in game, got told had to have the game added on for £40 extra or I could just buy the box without the game for £60
