I kinda do not think that was the point.

200,000 make believe points compared to $200+ real world dollars just because the recruit system was broken and Customer Service was slow and dodgy is why he is upset.

I can say I would be livid as well, that is why I did not say much as really when people say things like that to me after something like that happens it makes me even more upset

I had confirmed at least 20 people which would've been 60,000 points. I only needed 15,000 or so to get to the 200,000. Up until today the clock has been available and Ubisoft has been juggling me around.

Well guess what?! Someone over there FINALLY responded to my last request this afternoon and rewarded me 21,000 points which pushed me over the limit. I go to the reward site as soon as i possibly could, click on the clock to redeem my hard earned points (never got more than 3k on the spin) and I'm greeted with...

Spoiler!

Yup. Normally I don't over react, but I am livid. This is the most ridiculous thing and there's absolutely no need for this to have happened! All it should have taken was 2hrs tops for someone to review my case, see that my referrals were real, award me the points and *bam* case closed.

Of course, the hat sold out to, so there's nothing to even spend my points on now!
Could you go back and complain again? Since it is their fault for not giving you the correct points you should have had one.

(plus them saying there is only _____ left is always a lie)

Yeah, that's exactly what I did. Sent them another email explaining the situation (though I had explained to them all along in the history the "urgency" of the matter). That's why I said I'm not holding my breath that they'll follow through though. I mentioned the fact that they usually have "overstock"or extras for replacement purposes and that I wasn't asking for "special treatment" but just to get what I legitimately "earned".

Same with me knight. I wonder if the system caps referrals. I was maxed at 5 and never received any past that.

How is it going to stand I wonder and no info available on google anywhere. Also shipping 28 euro for 54 euro item seems way too high . Have to wait and see.

Don't worry - it's a ubi figure it will be generally available I'm sure of it

I also couldn't find anything else on google on it at all but I am 100% sure it will at least be in the ubi shop

Is the 'family' site broken? I noticed recently it no longer worked with IE, and now in firefox it logs me out as soon as I sign in, yet in the background shows my credits and completed activities.

It is working for me. It is just super slow to load and very glitchy with all that heavy flash stuff.

They removed this on site now. Looks like a false alarm
