I have a dilemma here. Just trying to work out if this ebay shop is genuine or not. His auctions do say they are official so perhaps it is. Thing is, he has over 300 Zack figurines and these are no longer sold in Square Enix Shop. I would have already bought one but the postage is ridiculous to post to the UK but free in Australia! So it makes sense to buy the bundle but I already have a Cloud and Aerith, so if these turn out to be fakes then I would have spent more money. If I do get the bundle at least I can compare them with the two I have.

Should I risk getting stuff from their or stay away? Is it too good to be true? They do seem to be selling loads of other stuff too and no one has complained of fakes.

Zack figurine:

Crisis Core bundle 3 x figurine with freebie:

No that's ok, Final Fantasy away....

Well i would say you have 2 choices:

1, Not buy them & wait till a UK seller with good feedback sells one (hope buy it now) but that still has risk
2, go ahead & buy them & if in the end you think they are fake complain to Ebay (you may get something back) or even Google it (before) to see if there has been any issues news on fakes?
Could have been a company folding & a warehouse of stock going cheap (bit like the locker guys in the US)?

I have brought items from Japan & Australia takes about 15 days to get to you.
Yes some of my stuff maybe fake but what can you do (saw a program about fake bags been brought in Spain then when people cross into France the Police stop cars & if fakes found cut/rip the bags up in front of the owner or face fines/prison) so it's all over

Well, I've done some background work/research already which includes contacting Square Enix as well as the company who are the reseller/distributor in Australia. Square Enix didn't advise on purchasing goods from unofficial resellers, the company in Australia confirmed that they did not supply goods to this ebay seller. Square wouldn't confirm so perhaps it was a Data Protection thing.

Other things putting me off is the postage cost and eventually the import duty tax for the items too. $60-80 AUD for delivery is pretty disgusting for a figurine.

Oh man, your stuff looks so nice when it is all together like that. Might have to come live with you if you have a spare room. I really need to start looking for a 3-4 bedroom house real soon. Hopefully the wife won't mind too much when I start branding the house with Final Fantasy stuff lol. She currently doesn't mind as she also likes it and enjoys watching me play the game.

Thanks for your input and please take plenty of photos for more inspiration! LOVE IT!

Yeah. This is the one I got except it is second hand:
http://www.amazon.com/Final-Fantasy-.../dp/B00030LP88

Oh no, if only I knew you were going to buy that, I would have suggested you get this instead!

The guy is selling this very limited boxset and is new - the Cloud and Fenrir you bought is from this boxset.
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Final-Fant...item19cfc3d595

You must keep a look out as he has 5 left for sale (I'll let you know when it is relisted too) and for some reason there is no demand for it so get it while it's cheap. He shipped mine today so I should be getting it a few days, I'm sure he'll list the next one soon. Check his feedback to see how much he sold these before. I managed to win it with the first bid! $199 + $69 shipping is still a bargain as he's sold them for $900 before!

As for the new Shiva bike, yes I definitely want that one if you don't mind me trying to win it. Do you already have it? The other item I am after is the FFVII Static Arts Cloud if you know where I can get one for a reasonable price, don't want to pay like $400. :/

Great photos - look forward to seeing more of your FF stuff.

Will look out for the Static version.

Only put the bike on my watch list, so no bid away i will not (until next pay day)

Cheers buddy, was searching for the bike this week but didn't see it. Your search skills are better or that they just listed it.

Tonight I'll make some time to take photos and create my thread.

I'm spending so much lately it is unreal! My wife said she'll ban me from this forum soon LOL.

You've got this buying stuff sussed! I'm doing it all wrong lol.

Very good deal you got for the OST. I also got an amazing deal for the Limited Edition FFXIII OST, it was listed on Amazon for £19.99 and was listed everywhere else for 3 times that price and in the US it was $119.99 so of course I instantly bought it.

I love the soundtrack too, trying to get used to FFXIII-2's OST - it's not as good but I'm growing to like it more.

I've just made another big(gish) purchase:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/280872357476

Yesterday I won another one too without a bidding war - come with loads of games too:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/300700373303

Shit, this collecting hobby is getting expensive LOL!

EDIT: Could have bought the new Sony Vita and all the games for this money. :/
