I Tweeted them and got no response a week or two ago.

I sent them an Email this week and got no response.

So I sent them a Tweet last night and they replied, saying I should ring their number (which is a French number!) but when I Tweeted them back asking what was up with the DmC books they didn't reply.

I've sent them another Email and put in all the addresses I could find. Quite frustrating considering I've already paid them and their website hasn't updated at all.

Makes me glad I never ordered this and the Sonic book from them.

I ordered this when it was announced after which they didn't reply to any of my queries. Worst site ever and I'm never preordering anything from them again. Total bullshit

I'm so glad I held back on ordering the Sonic book and this DMC book.

They were quite good when it came to the Sonic book. Was sent quickly and with good packaging.

They've handled the DmC book awfully though, they should at least have sent out an email to all that bought it.
