Bit gutted, I've had mine on pre-order with ShopTo for ages at ?30, but might have to cancel that and go with GAME for ?35.

If they have gone to the trouble of region locking it on the PS3, then it stands a good chance that it is region locked for the Xbox 360 too. Just something to bare in mind for people who plan to import.

Blu-rays have A, B and C region codes, unlike DVD region codes which are 1-8.

Blu-Ray regions are:

Region A - Includes most North, Central and South American and Southeast Asian countries plus Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong, Macau and Korea.

Region B - Includes most European countries, African and Southwest Asian countries plus Australia and New Zealand.

Region C - Includes the remaining central and south Asian countries, as well as China and Russia.

Whether this applies to video games, I don't know, but it stands a chance that this is the case.
