thats tough, even if you did not have tracking you should be able to claim it back of dhl
you dont need tracking as essential, you should have proof that you sent it to blockbusterboy if they say it has no value just show em details of the one you sold on ebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Assassins-...item20da9dc76f hopefully you can get some money back
