theres a person on ebay france at ebay.fr who has over 100 for sale right now...at a small price premium. lol he might of cleared out the ones at amazon Germany http://www.ebay.fr/itm/MARIO-KART-8-...item5d4c02db33

Wow, that's absurd! Are you allowed to sell things you don't yet have on Ebay? Wasn't away you could do that. Guess that's probably why they sold out then eh? Really hope he's just a scammer cuz otherwise these Steelbooks are going to be sold at a premium for quite awhile

You can list items for pre order, but the item must be released in 3 month and the title of the item needs to have "pre-order" in it.
