I'm still crossing my fingers in the hopes that it's not an exclusive to the Square Enix store.

If you go the the NA store it does say it's an exclusive, but in the EU store I couldn't find anything that said that...

There's no indication that it will definitely include the stylus and sticker set.

I also hope the sticker set is different to the predecessor, they look the same so hopefully the images aren't final.

On the product page it says "Fits all models" does that mean that the case will fit my 3DS XL, I wonder?

it is so called "OUT OF STOCK" for the US version in the US Square Enix store for the collectors edition..will they really stick to their word of 5000 units?...

Hmmm... I'm sure they'll open up again. I hadn't actually pre-ordered it yet cuz I didn't have the funds, so please keep us apprised of the situation if/when someone sees it open up again (as I'm almost confident it will).
