Tried 3 times all 3 times I received dented steel case, twice damaged box on the edge of my CE

I've had some luck with them. Had damaged goods once or twice, but mostly received my editions in good condition. The outer box was destroyed though. ..

I prefer my outer box not damaged. Its amaze me how much they charged us to ship internationally but do nothing to help to protect the thing we ordered.

Not the box for the edition. I too hate when my collectors edition box is damaged.

lucky you. My case was not as the outer box of the edition were damaged on the edge of the box.

Good find... I bought a PC copy, 50 GBP is a bloody steal. I wanted to grab from amazon UK but its bugged, showing that it can be shipped to Australia but won't allow me.

I try to avoid Zavvi for CE's.

Lately though, they seem to have upped their game when it comes to steelbooks. Some exclusives I've bought off them have all arrived in boxes and perfect condition.
