Guess you haven't been in too many hospitals huh - don't worry it's a good thing!
Most hospitals I know of are built using thick concrete walls which tend to help block the signal to cell phones.
Also when you have a family member in hospital, it's generally not the best idea to pop out your phone and say "hang on, it's really important for me to get this (collectible, game, figure or other item) mailed to this guy - so please don't pass away while I make sure so-and-so gets what he wants as quickly as possible."

Also, more importantly - I'm sorry to hear about your relative - praying and hoping for the best turn of events - whatever that may look like in your situation! You handle that though, family is more important than games and such in my book mate!

There's not much that I can post about the ESO pet. It's basically a digital character that follows you around in game. Looks like a boar from the very small thumbnail on the card I got.
