I think Mags was referring to the language on the box And yes, they usually have French writing. My One Piece CE for instance (and most other CEs I've bought from france) say Edition Collector, rather than Collector's Edition, weirdly though, that image shows it as saying Collector's Edition, however the writing on the back may be French x
