European CE will be up for preorder soon on Nisa europe store (overprice piece of shit website). Not sure if Gust-chan will be included part of the preorder bonus from NISA store

It is with the NA one (which is a NISA exclusive too), so I can't see the reason for the European one not having this DLC.

Apparently even nisa store NA is unconfirmed to get gust-chan at the moment. There is a list of retailers getting that dlc but no mention of nisa store

European price is not that crazy after all. 77 gbp shipped which is almost the same price as US store without shipping.

Can't wait for this game.

87 GBP for me. More expensive than superbeat xonic which is extremely limited.
