To be honest, I'm not sure that steel print was ever released. I saw it on the store for one day as a pre-order, then it disappeared completely with no trace (which is not normal as Bethesda will keep it as a "SOLD OUT" status and on the page when they sell out). Considering it was $275 for an 18x21 I highly doubt they sold 150 in a day's time.
