As far as I know, these are factory produced (opposed to additional side-orders), and also come with a plastic slipcover with all the logos on. This is an all-in-one package, so no doubt the people pre-ordering the Canadian SteelBook will just have their orders bumped upto the SteelBook automatically

Great work.. i started this list here for us aussies and was gonna update as soon as i saw blockbuster updated with its ps3 steelbook last night

As far as i know the only steelbook edition that won't ship internationally is blockbuster.

Here is where i'm getting my collection from:
Batman CE: JB HIFI AUSTRALIA
Joker Steelbook: EB Games Australia
Two-Face Steelbook: Ozgameshop.com (i'm pretty sure its the exact same store as 365games.co.uk, but with aussie pricing)
Catwoman Steelbook: Amazon.de (hopefully since they are using pal version I can use the extra alternate robin costumes dlc)
Batman Arkham City Lenticular case: HMV.co.uk (t-shirt included made it a done deal )

Now to find a way to get the Penguin steelbook and Japanese CE.. Was hoping to get the Japanese collectors edition from playasia.com but so far they only have the Asian CE not the japanese specific one.

Also I believe there will be a fifth steel book since all the steelbook artwork seems to be taken from this poster:



..So most likely Riddler, or it could be of the villian announcment on the 15th..

It is. They are one and the same, with the only difference being ozgameshop specialises in exporting to Australia (hence why everything is in AUD rather than GBP

I think so too. I am still anticipating at least one more SteelBook (most likely a Riddler one), but they still have quite a few more villains to announce so maybe there's a possibility that it could be Bane, Scarecrow, Mr Freeze, Poison Ivy, or any of the others...

But like you pointed out, the SteelBooks have all mimicked that promotional poster artwork, so a Riddler one does seem the most likely

Just a shame that the other Catwoman SteelBook has been replaced, as I actually preferred the alternative design
