Blu-Ray or Dvd? Which region?

There's a dedicated SteelBook collectors forum called www.steelbookhunterz.com, but it's currently down for maintenance as I believe they are changing the forum host and software. Hopefully it will be back up soon

EDIT: I've just read the comments above and see that you're interested in console game SteelBooks. I also notice that you're Welsh, so that answers my other question - I presume you'd be looking for UK releases?

If I could offer any advice, it's probably this: The X360 has significantly more SteelBooks available for it than the PS3, obviously due to the fact that the PS3 was late being released, and it took about a year for it to take off and therefore there aren't many early SteelBooks for it. In comparison, the Xbox had already had a few dozen, mostly exclusives

Not to worried about uk releases as I'd even like foreign steelbooks, not so bothered about playing them just like a nice collection, I ordered my first cheap one today, brothers in arms hells highway for ps3, nothing special just one to start me off
